Quality Assured

It is really important that work in your house is carried out by people who are fully trained and competant to carry out the job. Many jobs are covered by regulations to protect you and your property and it is a legal requirement for these jobs to be carried out by people who are qualified and registered.

Allowing someone to work in your home is a big decision to make. It is important that you feel confident that the tradesmen are qualified and competant, and that they can fulfill all the legal requirements that are required. It is often necessary for the Local Authourity to be notified that work has been completed and without these certificates you are likely to have problems when you come to sell your home.

To reassure you we have given details on the competant person schemes that we are members of, together with the type of work this covers.
